What payment methods do we accept?

We accept all payments via Bank Transfer and Debit/Credit Card.  Payment of duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

Only for Bank Transfer - Drop us a message on Instagram @krispyklub or hello@krispyklub.com! We will contact you via email within 3 - 5 working days on stock availability and payment details.

Debit/Credit Card - Please make your order on our website. Online payment processing is powered by Stripe and all Stripe charges will be fully absorbed by us.

 

Only For Bank Transfer: How long will my items be reserved?

In our email/ig dm, you should receive payment and confirmation details. Your order will then be reserved for 24 hours, this time frame will allow you to make payment. Please forward us a proof of payment so that we can process your order. Orders are only confirmed after full payment is received through bank transfer. Delivery will be scheduled thereafter.

In the event that we do not receive payment within 24 hours, we will have to cancel your order without prior notification. Should you still be interested in purchasing, please submit a new order request. Note that new orders will be based on stock availability at that point of time.


Where do we deliver?

KRISPY KLUB is based in Singapore, and we accept orders to any street address in Singapore, excluding restricted areas. We also offer international shipping.

*Restricted areas in Singapore include: Khusu Island, Alps Avenue, Brani Terminal Ave, St. John’s Island, Seletar Aerospace, Airline Road, Pulau Sakeng, Pulau Ubin, West Camp Road, Pulau Damar Laut, Pulau Tekong, Airport Cargo, Turf Club Ave, Pulau Sebarok, Pulau Busing.


What are the shipping costs?

Local orders (Singapore): S$5 per order to any street address, excluding restricted areas.

International orders: S$15 for Asia, S$25 for Everywhere Else. Payment of duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.


When will I receive my order?

Once your order is completed, you will receive an invoice with your order number as a confirmation. We process all orders on business days (weekdays) and they are on a first-come-first-serve basis. In the event that we are out-of-stock for the item you have ordered, we will contact you personally. Your orders usually take 5 business days to ship out. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from our delivery partner with your shipment's tracking information. They should reach you within 1-3 business days. The whole process should take 1.5 week to reach you!

Please also note that orders after 2:00 PM (SGT) may be processed the next business day. As our orders are fully handmade, we request for your understanding that processing time may exceed by 2 business days during peak period.


Does my item qualify for returns/exchanges?

All products of KRISPY KLUB are made and packaged with high levels of quality & care. At each step, we are demanding and the product must follow quality requirements before proceeding on. During packaging, we check our products once more to ensure that it is ready for you to receive!

However, we understand that sometimes human error can occur – and this is our returns/exchanges policy:

All sales are final. Once checked out, there will be no cancellation of orders or exchange. If you have purchased an item from us directly and would like a different color/size/style, a new order will have to be placed. Please make sure that information is filled in correctly for your order to be processed and shipped out in a timely manner.


KRISPY KLUB only accepts returns for an incorrect item delivered or if the item is defective upon receiving. We do not accept returns for sizing issues as measurements are available for your reference. Once tag has been removed/cut off, items will automatically not be eligible for returns/exchanges.

For incorrect or defective items delivered, please contact us at hello@krispyklub.com within 3 days after delivery is completed. We will get back to you within 1-3 working days for you to proceed with your returns. Once we have confirmed that your item is eligible for returns, it should be mailed out within 3 days from the confirmation date. It is recommended to use a trackable mailing service to ensure that your returns reach us. If 3 days have passed after your purchase has been delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

All items must be unworn, unwashed, in the packaging and condition it was received without any form of disarray that warrants the item unsuitable for resale. We will not be able to accept items that do not meet these requirements. In the case that your items failed to comply with our returns policy, we hold the rights to refuse any returns at any point of time.

Customized items:

We are unable to offer a refund on our customized items. These items are non-refundable as they are special orders that have been specifically made to a client’s request.

Following a standard procedure, we will confirm the customized jobs before processing your order. Please be sure to double-check and ensure that information is correct before confirming with us.


How do I care for my KRISPY KLUB shirts?

We recommend washing your shirts separately by hand with light detergent in cold water, and allow them to air-dry. Though we do not recommend ironing, you can iron your shirts on low heat if there are creases. Due to the nature of embroidery, washing can cause the embroidered logo to be a little wavy. You can iron it inside out on low heat.

Take good care to keep them looking their best!


How are KRISPY KLUB shirts made?

We try to keep a balance of comfort and quality in all of our products. Our shirts are made of premium cotton from natural plant fibers. Every single garment is individually hand-dyed and goes through a treatment process to reduce color bleeding and fading. However, due to the nature of fabric dyes, we are unable to guarantee it does not bleed or fade. This is why we will strongly advise you to follow our care instructions above.
